CATTLEMEN Inn Terms
The Cattlemen Inn, operated by Mustang Properties LLC, (Inn)strives to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly lodging experience. The following Inn policies have been established based on Wyoming law (WY Stat § 33-17-101 (2013)), industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the Cattlemen Inn. The following policies are considered apart of our reservation agreement with you. As our Inn guest, by reading and signing your Inn registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Inn policies, terms and conditions, and procedures. These Inn policies are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the Inn and its guests. Our Inn policies may change from time to time, so please check back often.
100% SMOKE FREE
The Cattlemen Inn is 100% smoke free. For safety, and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, smoking is not permitted in any Inn room or building. For purposes of this policy, ”smoking”includes the smoking of tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products. Guests are encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette, marijuana, or other objectionable odors. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others. Designated smoking areas are provided outside and at least twenty-five(25) feet away from the building. Marijuana is prohibited at all times on Cattlemen Inn property. Because smoking odors are difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture, a minimum cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged for smoking policy infractions.
CANDLE, INCENSE, ESSENTIAL OILS
Candles, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.)are also prohibited from indoor use. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, with a minimum $300.00 cleaning fee assessed; the offending guest may be evicted with no refunds. NO-COOKING, COOKING

We ask that you refrain from microwaving any pungent food; as the odor is quite difficult to remove from fabric; thus, a cleaning fee may be assessed in extreme cases. Most commercially prepared food intended for the microwave has not previously caused a problem, so we suggest that option. A minimum cleaning fee of$300.00 will be charged for cooking in a room, including, but not limited to hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, combustible,open-flame, barbecue grills, burners, heating appliances, or any other item intended for cooking.
